Our events feature recognized leaders in the OD field and fellow OD and OD-adjacent practitioners. Event topics span interests of new, mid-experience and senior level practitioners and are organized in a variety of formats.

CBODN encourages the growth of communities of practice learning groups about organization development practice and theory. Groups (CoPs) meet each month or quarterly virtually and throughout the Washington, Baltimore and Northern Virginia areas.

The Directory of Consultants provides our internal members and business partners with a targeted pool of potential consultants. The Member Directory allows members to access the most current information to connect with other members in our database.

CBODN works to provide members with access to career resources, such as peer mentoring and coaching. Our newsletter keeps readers informed of events, SIG meetings, and other activities of the Network, as well as additional programs of interest.

Consider contributing by serving on the annual conference committee, coordinating CoP activities or career resource services, developing programs, expanding marketing/public relation activities, or contributing an article for our website or newsletter.

The Chesapeake Bay area abounds with many professional associations that have similar and complementary interests to the practice of Organization Development. We actively reach out to these groups to “walk our talk” of valuing collaboration and sharing.
