New OD Practitioners SIG

Topic: What Leads to Success!

Facilitator: Vinay Kumar

Program:

There is one thing that separates:
•  Those who fail from those who succeed
•  Those who barely survive from those who thrive
•  Those who experience suffering from those who experience joy

Thru structured conversations you will discover this “one thing” and you will come to more clearly see what it is that, as an OD professional, you really get paid to do and how to leverage this to:

•  Drive greater personal and professional success, for yourself and your clients
•  Breakdown silos and improve teamwork and communication within and across functions
•  Constructively leverage diversity to optimize individual and organizational performance
•  Increase personal and team effectiveness and develop greater ability to influence others
•  Build a stronger culture of collaboration and commitment to improve productivity and performance
•  Develop greater accountability, responsibility, and capacity to successfully innovate, navigate change, and achieve breakthrough results
•  Enhance personal well-being and strengthen relationships-at work and at home, and increase levels of engagement and satisfaction
