Program Description:

As consultants, trainers and facilitators it’s essential for us to hear and understand what truly lies beneath our clients’ behavior, concerns and decisions.  What really motivates them?  What are their triggers and hot buttons?  What sends them into conflict and what opens them up?   In this informative, interactive workshop participants will learn the coaching methodology for listening and exploring others’ values, motivations and drivers, which will help them to better assess client needs, circumvent possible resistance and build stronger relationships.

Attendees will learn:

  • Develop keener awareness and appreciation of their own and others’ motivational styles, related strengths and corresponding blind spots;
  • Explore, observe and practice coaching listening skills;
  • Increase ability to recognize, communicate and connect with individuals and groups with different motivation styles.
