Coaching Community of Practice:

Step into the World of Qi Gong

Would you like to be more centered and calmer, not only as a coach or consultant, but in every aspect of your life? Join us on September 20th and experience the essence of Qi gong.  Qi gong is the Chinese practice of internal health and awareness based on relaxation, posture, and correct breathing. It is simple and gentle yet an effective form of exercise that can create a clear mind, calm heart, and a full center of energy.  Our session will include instruction on 2-3 key Qi gong principles linked with beginning exercises and basic definitions and techniques.

Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to have your camera on so the instructor can provide beneficial feedback to each participant.
