Having More Courage to Set Better Boundaries

For many of us and our clients, setting better boundaries and limits in professional and personal relationships may be difficult.  When they are done successfully they can increase effectiveness in getting needs met, maintaining self-respect, and being happier.  Examples of setting boundaries are telling others what we want and letting them know what is acceptable.  This interactive session will include what is a boundary, examples of setting them effectively, why it may be difficult to set them, and how to achieve them successfully.
