Epic Failure – Colossal Learning

Virtual

Ever have an Epic Fail?  The kind where you and/or your client believe everything is on target only to learn something significant was overlooked?  Do you consistently plan to review why an effort went smoothly and learn from what didn’t, but fail to set aside the time to do so? As an example, Beth Jenkins Smith co-led an enterprise-wide human capital initiative for a 400-person organization. Seventy-five percent of the rollout was amazing but the 25 percent of that project that didn’t fly cost reputations, energy, and morale. Beth introduces Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva’s Reinvention Method and invites you to mine your Epic Fail and Colossal Learning story for ways you ensure personal and client success.

In the session you will learn how to apply a readiness assessment tool that charts both the intensity of client preparedness and levels of impact to ensure your chosen initiatives will help, not hinder, client direction. In this deep dive, you will develop key questions to ask in the discernment process. You will rise from the ashes in no time!
