Program:
Developing strategies to attract, retain, and engage a workforce is an on-going critical issue for many organizations. As OD, Learning & Performance, Coaching and Human Capital professionals, developing effective strategies to address these areas can be daunting. The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly is an inspiring resource that offers both professional and personal insights to address these challenges. Kelly’s book highlights the critical link between managers and employees and the important role dreams can play in organizational effectiveness. The author inspires managers to creatively address common workplace issues of low morale and high turnover. He suggests by encouraging and helping employees identify and achieve their dreams, managers can breed engagement, loyalty, and in turn, maximize business success.

Whether your goal is to engage others or become more engaged yourself, Kelly’s book offers take-homes that can benefit anyone, both in and out of the workplace. Come prepared for an interactive discussion of the book, and an opportunity to dream!
