Organizational Constellation SIG

Topic: Take the afternoon to explore business challenges in coaching & change management at this workshop.
 
The constellation process has a number of names like organizational or family constellations. What we really are doing is a "3-D data mapping" of the challenges faced by individuals at home or at work. Any group of people, be it a team or a family, can be influenced by an unseen dynamic that follows archtypical patterns at a subconscious level. This unseen dynamic can affect the behavior of its members in ways they seldom realize and lead to conflicts that are written off as personality differences. As we uncover these dynamics we gain a better understanding of what has been unfolding and strengthen our ability to live life with confidence and compassion.  
 
So bring your personal challenges to the December 21 workshop and use the constellation process to break old patterns and gain more insights and possibilities for successful action.

The group may gather afterwards for drinks at a local restaraunt.
