Topic: Aspects of Life – Exploring What is Most Important to You

Facilitator:  Tip Fallon

Program:

Assessing and aligning your life as an OD practitioner can have considerable impact on your Use of Self, career decisions, and fulfillment in work and life. Join a highly interactive session in which you will explore your most important Aspects of Life. You will go through a process to define and reflect on the most important aspects in your life, and identify successes to celebrate and meaningful changes to bring more growth and alignment.  You can engage in this process individually during the session or with a partner, which can provide for rich conversation.

As a large group, we will discuss the implications of assessing life for us as OD practitioners, clients, and the relevance of it to systems change as a whole.

Participants will:

1) Define and assess the most important aspects of their lives; identify successes they want to celebrate and meaningful change they want to create.

2) Experience and receive a process to re-use this exercise for themselves or others.

3) Engage in conversation about the value and implications of assessing life as an OD practitioner.
