Topic: Facilitating Leadership Development and Organizational Change Systemically

     

On Friday afternoon, May 15, we will use an innovative process for understanding the dynamics of organizational change and leadership development and the link between them. The former is not really possible without the latter. The use of self as a leader is essential to dealing with the resistance any meets any change process.  During the meeting we will map the drivers, beliefs and groups that form and inform the process of change. Our role as a consultant is to help harmonize the interactions between those different parts that are often at odds with each other. A revealing question is; what needs to happen so they can work together to develop and achieve a common objective?
