Topic: Setting and Maintaining Boundaries with Others

Facilitator: Mark Sachs

Program:

As OD professionals and coaches, we often work with clients who have difficulty setting boundaries and limits with subordinates, coworkers, and bosses. When this happens, it can have serious consequences. The good news is that when effective boundaries are set, they can increase productivity, teamwork, morale, and the bottom line. So, what needs to be done to set successful boundaries at work?  This session will give you the tools to help your clients do that. In addition, what you learn can be useful to you in your work and personal lives. You will also be given a boundaries handbook that can help you and your clients better navigate the boundaries odyssey.
