Topic: Constellations - A Sea Change in Change Methodologies

Facilitator: Betsy Hostetler

Program:

We live and work in systems. Constellations provide a safe yet profound way of seeing the deep, recurring patterns that echo through our systems. We can explore perplexing issues with sensitivity and shed light on hidden dynamics that block progress. The constellation method can lead to profound new insights that allow positive, accelerated change, sometimes with far-reaching implications for families and organizations. By setting up people to serve as representatives for different parts of the issue, we can look at issues in relationships, decision-making, finances, conflict resolution, teamwork, leader effectiveness, and facilitator development, as well as many other issues in health, work and love.  You will learn about this new methodology for change, witness the power of a constellation and experience a brief constellation related to your own goals, if you like.
