Topic: Facilitating Organizational Change Systemically

On Friday afternoon, Sept 19, we will use an innovative process for understanding the dynamics of change at the individual, team and organizational levels. This process involves mapping the parts of the system (events, beliefs, significant individuals or groups) that form and inform the process of change. Our role as a consultant is to help harmonize the interactions between those different parts that are often at odds with each other. A revealing question is; what needs to happen so all parts of the system work together in harmony to achieve a common objective?
