Known as a "Conversation Choreographer," he brings 20+ years of experience in technology leadership, adult learning, and organizational transformation to help teams embrace change by leveraging their collective strengths. Eduardo led an innovation adoption consultancy focused on educational and event engagement technology. His global experience includes designing and delivering effective training to a range of organizations and agencies – including Booz Allen, Salesforce, AlexandriaCPS, Inter-American Development Bank, US Dept of Veteran Affairs and US PTO. Combining his experience as a Prosci-certified Change practitioner, Gallup Global Strengths coach and Listening Intelligence (LQ) profiler, Eduardo uses interactive facilitation to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate digital transformation, strengthen communication, and connect learning to real-world applications.
