Presenter: Anna Irani Anna Irani, MAPP, MSOD, ACC, is the founder of The Strengths Guide, a leadership development and coaching firm helping individuals and teams flourish through strengths-based strategies. She is also an instructor with The Flourishing Center, where she teaches the Certificate of Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program. Anna holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Anna has delivered training and coaching for Amazon, EY, NIH, FEMA, and Gallup. At Gallup, she co-led the ICF-accredited Global Strengths Coach course, training hundreds of coaches in the CliftonStrengths framework. Based in Washington, DC, Anna’s work is grounded in research in psychology, leadership, and well-being.
