Session"Strategic Men’s Engagement: A New Lever for Cultural Change"

In male-dominated sectors, efforts to evolve workplace culture often stall when men feel excluded or unsure how to engage. This session introduces strategic men’s engagement as a systems-based approach to inclusion, accountability, and leadership.

Drawing on real-world examples, including a recent corporate men’s circle pilot, we’ll explore how honest dialogue can shift resistance into engagement. Participants will examine how norms of masculinity shape organizational dynamics and learn tools to activate men as bridge builders and culture carriers—especially in the high-intensity environments of the DMV region.
