Session—"Reclaiming the Future: Three Horizons for Individual and Group Transformation" Change is constant and often overwhelming. In today’s fast-moving, volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world, individuals and groups can feel powerless to shape what comes next. The Three Horizons framework, a future thinking and strategic foresight tool, offers a practical and empowering method for reclaiming agency over the future. Rather than predicting outcomes, it invites people and organizations to explore possibilities, challenge assumptions, and develop resilient strategies toward their preferred futures. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to apply the Three Horizons model in both individual coaching and group facilitation contexts. This framework enables deeper dialogue, shared understanding, and strategic action. It can benefit a variety of clients such as a professional at a career crossroads, a team in a business transformation, or an organization reimagining the employee experience in a hybrid world. After reviewing a real-world case study using Three Horizons, participants will practice applying the framework to an individual or organizational scenario. Through live practice, collaborative mapping, and structured reflection, participants will explore how futures thinking can strengthen community, drive transformation, and support a sense of direction amid uncertainty.
