By attending this session, CBODN participants will learn about the various distinctions and behaviors of trust, ways to measure and analyze leadership and team trust, the value of introducing a common language to facilitate discussions of trust, and how this learning can be applied to improve teamwork, enhance interpersonal relationships, encourage creativity, and generate higher individual and collective team performance.

William Benner is an accomplished leader with 40 plus years of experience in human resources management, leadership consulting, executive coaching, team trust, and compensation across various business sectors, including Federal and local government, financial services, regulatory banking, and nonprofits.

As President of WW Consulting, Inc. and Founding Partner of Triscendance team trust surveys, Bill has built a solid reputation for driving transformational results through leadership development and strategic human capital solutions.

Bill has also held several key organizational leadership positions in prominent DC-based management consulting, the Intelligence Community, and Federal Reserve System.

His entrepreneurial vision has positioned him as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging his expertise to enhance organizational culture, develop leadership capabilities, and cultivate high-performing teams.
