Session: Nonviolent and Restorative Organizations: Frameworks for Connection Explore frameworks that put connection, restoration, and relationship at the center of organizational life. This workshop presents the six Kingian Nonviolence principles as a framework for leadership and organizational development and explores the characteristics of Restorative Organizations. Participants will explore a values-based approach while applying both frameworks to their work. Presenters: Sharon Kniss + Daryn Cambridge
Sharon Kniss is an OD practitioner with 20 years of experience navigating organizational conflict and change. Sharon has also been instrumental in developing and supporting community and statewide Restorative Justice initiatives in Indiana, Kansas, and Maryland. She currently lives in Prince George's County, Maryland and works as an independent practitioner.
Daryn Cambridge is an educational creative, facilitator, and organizational development practitioner. Since 2003 he has been designing and facilitating trainings, workshops, and seminars for clients and learners across all ages, locally and internationally, and within both the public and private sectors. He lives in Falls Church, VA. |
