Kristy Simmons

Kristy is an Organizational Change Specialist and Leadership, Team, and Agile Coach who partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate complex change with clarity and confidence. She brings over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across federal agencies as well as private-sector organizations. Drawing on organizational systems coaching, applied brain and behavioral science, and proven Agile practices, Kristy offers practical tools and strategies that empower clients to improve communication, strengthen feedback cultures, and foster team alignment.

Kristy holds the ORSCC (Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach) credential, which deeply informs her systems-based approach to team and organizational coaching. This training enables her to work skillfully with group dynamics, psychological safety, and relationship systems—helping teams unlock their collective intelligence and navigate complexity together.

In addition to her team and organizational work, Kristy coaches executives to strengthen leadership presence, decision-making, and strategic influence—often guiding them through large-scale transitions and culture change. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and earned her Master’s in Transformative Leadership. She is passionate about building cultures of collaboration, resilience, and purpose.

Kristy also provides pro bono coaching through her local ICF chapter and serves as a board member for a community-based professional coding group, supporting developers in staying current with evolving technologies and career growth.
