KerriLaine Prunella KerriLaine Prunella is an experienced Board Director with expertise in Audit, Governance, Human Capital, and Risk. As a board member, Ms. Prunella values collaboration and duty of care. She leads risk management and strategic oversight emphasizing opportunities for operational excellence. She is adept at CEO mentorship, guiding organizational transformations, fostering inclusivity, and aligning human capital strategies. As Founder and CEO of VINA79Group, she brings entrepreneurial vision and a deep commitment to leadership excellence, serving as a strategic advisor. She has demonstrated strong governance expertise to maximize stakeholder value through her leadership roles such as Healthcare Access Maryland, where she currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board, and the Penn State Alumni Association, serving as Chair of Audit and Risk, and former Vice Chair for Governance and Finance Committees. Additionally, she served as a founding Board Member and Executive Secretary of the Management Advisory Council at George Mason University, Costello College of Business. Ms. Prunella formerly served as a Chief Human Capital Officer with oversight of strategy for Talent Management, Talent Development, and Executive Compensation across all office locations. As an Acting Assistant Inspector General for Administration, she led six divisions and a $65 million budget. A Big Four Alumni, she led strategies for human capital process re-engineering. Ms. Prunella earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity Washington University, as well as professional certifications from the Harvard Kennedy School and The Wharton School. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Intelligence at Marymount University, where she previously studied Organizational Development. |
