Dr. Monica Moody Moore

Dr. Monica Moody Moore is a nationally recognized leadership strategist, executive advisor, and “connector-in-chief” with more than 25 years of experience building high-impact programs and partnerships across higher education, nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors.

Dr. Moore is the Founder and Principal of High Aspirations, LLC, a leadership development and executive coaching practice focused on helping individuals and organizations “pivot on purpose” to achieve growth, scale, and impact. She has served as a Principal Partner with Encore Leadership Advisors, where she advanced executive search, succession planning, and leadership advisory engagements through new partner exposure and thought leadership.

Dr. Moore has held senior leadership roles at organizations including the Executive Leadership Council, FranklinCovey, Boston University, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, and Babson College. She has partnered with faculty and administration to disrupt the graduate business education market with the launch of Boston University’s Online MBA, a globally recognized program for working professionals.

A trusted advisor and ecosystem builder, Dr. Moore has partnered with organizations such as INROADS, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, and the Partnership for Public Service to advance leadership development and career pathways. At American University (AU), she helped to bring to market, the AU/OPM program for public management.

Dr. Moore holds a Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University. Dr. Moore serves on multiple educational and nonprofit boards, enjoys photography and poetry, and resides in the Washington, DC area.
