A certified ProSci Change Management practitioner, Bryan integrates systems thinking, values-based leadership, and coaching to support organizations and their leaders through complex change. His facilitation work includes designing and delivering conflict audit workshops that help teams surface and address the root causes of unresolved tensions. He also guides leadership groups through Appreciative Inquiry and values-based coaching, working across both higher education and nonprofit sectors. As a certified Workplace Coach at his institution, Bryan facilitates coaching conversations that foster professional growth and team effectiveness. He also offers group coaching programs tailored for personal finance professionals to help them lead more effective and empathetic coaching conversations with clients. In addition to his institutional role, Bryan leads the Executive Education pillar for the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA). In this role, he is expanding programming in leadership development, coaching, and organizational learning to meet the evolving needs of members and partners. Bryan holds a Master’s in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) from George Mason University, where he focused on systems theory, experiential learning, executive coaching, and knowledge-sharing practices. He is currently completing his ICF coaching certification. |
