New OD Practitioners CoP

Topic: Building Your OD Reputation One Piece At a Time

Facilitators: Matt Minahan

Program:
As you start to chart your career, think about what people know about you and your work, what you want them to know about you and your work, and how to build your reputation as an OD practitioner.  We'll talk about strategies for specializing, getting known for something specific, opportunities to showcase your talents, ways to let the world know, and how social media can help and hinder.  Bring your ideas and questions;  we'll talk about alternatives and options, share stories and experiences, and send you home with some insights and alternatives to help you get established and build your reputation in the field.
