CBODN Board Overview

The Board of Directors of CBODN is comprised of passionate volunteers dedicated to building community and working together to implement the vision and goals of the Network. The Board is responsible for carrying forth the 30 year history and legacy of CBODN, while seeking to continually build cohesion and foster knowledge sharing within the community.

Each Board seeks to build on the successes of previous Boards in developing CBODN as the central hub of our DC Metro area OD community. We do this by providing members with current online resources as well as programs and events from which to engage with one another, develop knowledge and skills, share expertise and talent, and contribute to our rich and wonderful community.

We focus our offerings around four strategic goals:
Learn: Providing learning experiences that combine cutting edge theory and practical application;
Experiment: Allowing the use of newly learned skills and building knowledge through engagement;
Connect: Building professional networks and relationships;
Source: Informing and education via online tools, resources, and job opportunities.
