Chris Swisher Chris holds a M.S. in Organization Development from American University, a B.A. in Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University, and has a certification for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), EQ-i2.0, as well as certificates from ATD in Coaching, Action Learning, and Training. He has worked with hundreds of teams over the last 15 years in both public and private sectors contributing to strategic planning processes, leadership development, and program management optimization. Chris is currently a Principal at Evans Incorporated, primarily focused on leadership development and organizational health at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Chris has enjoyed a very non-linear career path, and is fortunate to have a wide-range of experiences and perspectives to draw from in addressing unanticipated opportunities. From managing event marketing teams, coordinating IT administration projects, international crisis management planning, to leisure & hospitality event sales, he draws from a diverse background of industries, roles, and team dynamics to continuously increase organizational cohesion, health, and flexibility. Chris joined the CBODN board in February 2015 to facilitate the continued strategic development of the Communities of Practice (CoP) learning system, addressing the operational, educational, and infrastructural needs with increased efficiency and transparency.
