Interview with Scott Elbin

The Next Level book cover

As many as 40 percent of new managers and executives fail within eighteen months of promotion. What goes wrong when leaders don’t make it and what can we do to help ensure their success?

In his presentation, “Supporting Next Level Leaders,” executive coach, author and leadership strategist Scott Eblin will share what he’s learned in working with rising leaders. Based on his book, The Next Level: What Insiders Know About Executive Success, Scott Eblin will present research which draws not just on his own experience as a leader and executive coach but also on interviews with dozens of seasoned and successful executives. Scott will also share new data from recent white paper based on 360 degree surveys conducted for over 300 high potential directors and vice presidents in a number of Fortune 500 organizations.

You’ll walk away with an immediately applicable framework for executive leadership development and specific tools and news you can use.
