Mission: Provide professional development and education to those interested in Organizational Development, and promote the practical value of OD to the business community.

Focus: Primary are of interest is Change management and leadership development. This can be reviewed yearly based on needs and interest of group members.

Presentation Forum: Speakers will present on a topic within the scope of change management and leadership development on one of the following:

a case study from their experiences,
provide a new technique to add to our tool belts
review an article that introduces a new tool or concept and provide background/ source of additional information on

Sue Owens is located in Mechanicsville, VA and is pursuing her Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Capella University. She has an I/O Psychology degree from Old Dominion University and has been applying her experience and skills in human resources and many customer facing industries.  She has experience in health care, consumer products, logistics, transportation, education and other industries.  Her passions are change, culture assessment, leadership developing and understanding diversity, work/life balance, and helping companies and their employees thrive.
