MARCH EVENING PROGRAM Triple Bottom Line: Stewardship and SustainabilityDate: Tuesday, March 25, 2008 Location: Northern Virginia - George Mason University, Arlington Campus, Original Building, 3401 N. Fairfax Drive, Room ARL 250. Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Networking and Light Supper Program Description As the pace of change accelerates, and indications are that “we ain’t seen nuttin’ yet”, organizations scramble to make smart, profitable, sustainable adjustments to their mission, vision, strategic plans and operations. What paradigm shifts will be necessary and how will leaders find ones that will keep their enterprise healthy into the next decade? Then …what will organizational development consultants need to become indispensable to their clients? In addition to financial success, organizations will determine what social and environmental elements/processes are crucial for long term success. What non-financial metrics will be necessary for measuring the success of an organization’s ‘Triple Bottom Line’? We will look at global trends, projections for the next 10 years, and what skills, processes, and innovative techniques are going to be in demand. This program is a highly participative salon for learning as we leapfrog into an unimagined paradigm shift in order to position the field of Organization Development as a strategic driver for mammoth change. It will be one of many important learning experiences required as we move into what Richard Barrett calls “The Age of Consciousness.” Biography For an Interivew with Bev Kimball, click here. Register
