Elizabeth holds a M.A. in Psychology and Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School for Professional Psychology. She has worked for the US federal government for nearly a decade working both domestically and internationally with public and private sector partners. She has organized numerous conferences for high-level officials in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America. She has developed and worked on multi-disciplinary teams to improve workplace organizational re-design and leadership philosophies through several successful organizational transformations. Elizabeth specializes in change management, leadership development and emotional intelligence.
