Mary Lou Theobald, Manager, Professional Development/Technology works for Gannett Co., Inc.   In her role she is responsible for a team who manage the company-wide training portal and collaborative tools.  Mary Lou consults internally to help teams, departments and business units utilize technologies to most effectively meet their strategic goals. 

Mary Lou received her master’s in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management at George Mason University in 2009. She holds a degree in education (B.A) from The University of Iowa.

Mary Lou’s previous experience was in IT project management developing project based training for system implementations.  Prior to that she worked with not for profit organizations and served on several community boards.
