Katie McAllister

Katie McAllister has eight years of international experience in improving organizational, team, and individual effectiveness, as well as providing an array of change management, organization development and human capital solutions. Ms. McAllister possesses strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills and has experience supporting organizations during times of change or transformation. Her work experience includes leading, supporting, and facilitating change initiatives, providing strategic partnership with clients to drive human capital priorities.
Ms. McAllister currently works at Booz Allen Hamilton in the Human Capital and Learning team supporting clients in the civil sector of the Federal Government.
Prior to Booz Allen, Ms. McAllister served as a Human Resources Business Partner at S.W.I.F.T., an international financial telecommunications organization. In this role, Ms. McAllister served as the primary Business Partner for Chief Executive Officer, Americas and previously, Chief Information Officer. Ms. McAllister was responsible for the Human Resources portfolio including performance management, new leader onboarding and transition, leadership development and offsite facilitation, and employee coaching and development.
Ms. McAllister’s professional experience also includes a position as a team member in the Leadership & Organizational Development team at JPMorgan Chase. Ms. McAllister’s primary responsibilities included marketing, communication and analysis of JPMorgan Chase Employee Poll data and action planning with business unit leaders.
Ms. McAllister received her master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of William & Mary.
