Jessica Zucal is an organization development consultant with Jacobs Technology, Strategic Solutions Group. Jessica has over 10 years experience in various industries, public and private. She has successfully worked with all levels of organization in the area of change management, including strategic communications, process facilitation, stakeholder outreach, education and relationship development. Jessica is passionate about helping organizations become more effective and more humane. She believes that people are an organizations’ greatest asset and is keenly focused on identifying and enabling the cultural change needed to support the long-term goals/initiatives of an organization.

Jessica is currently leading the change management efforts for the U.S. Department of Defense Chief Architect and Chief Technical Officer in relation to Defense Business Systems Operations and Transformation. Jessica is skilled in the areas of facilitation, conflict analysis, resolution and transformation, team development and leadership development. Jessica earned her M.S. in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, School of Public Policy. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Conflict Analysis and Transformation, and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from George Mason University, New Century College.
