Topic: Facilitating Personal and Organizational Change Systemically

We will explore aspects of the professional shadow and how that might show up in the organizational shadow – blocking change and life supportive, success. We will look at way to resource ourselves and our clients so that they can overcome these blocks, and make enlightened decisions that lead to successful outcomes.
