Topic: Conscious Use of Self to Increase Your Power and Influence Featuring the renowned Edie Seashore and Michael Broom

Facilitator: Michael Broom and Edie Seashore (click here for bios)

Program Description:

Organization Development is the most powerful technology for creating and managing organizational change available. The beginning of our being able to access that power is “conscious use of self”—getting off the many automatic ways that we disempower ourselves. To get over this hump we need to become more aware of ourselves—our belief systems and our patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. Then, we will have the ability to conscious choose to be as powerful as we fundamentally are and as influential as we need to be as effective change agents.

This presentation is a 90 minute experiential look into these perspectives and dynamics that you will be able to use immediately. Come join us!
