Finding and Creating Juicy Work
Juicy work is work that fulfills and sustains you. It draws on all your strengths and expands abilities you may not even have been aware of. It is work that makes a difference to you and, at its juiciest, a difference to the world. No matter what your background is or what field you are in, finding juicy work is possible. To attain it, you must recognize what’s getting in your way and then, through dialogue and exploration, begin to embody new behaviors, unlock your inner wisdom and creativity, and shape your plan for a rich work life.
In this session, partiicipants will explore the elements of juicy work and get insights into how to help clients find and create workplaces where people can thrive.

Sandra A. Mobley, partner in The Learning Advantage, is an expert in executive and team coaching, leadership development and organizational development with over 25 years of experience. She works with leaders to embody their visions and create healthy workplaces. Her book, Juicy Work, on having a fulfilling job and creating a positive work environment, will be published in May, 2012. She helps her clients find organizations where they can bring their hearts to work everyday.

To enter the building: Take the parking elevator to Concourse Level (4).
Walk through the walkway to enter the building; you’re now on the second floor of the office building.
Take the elevators to the right to the sixth floor to Insperity’s office, suite 600.
