Topic: Efficiently Engaging Numerous Stakeholders In Critical Conversations

Description: The Corporation for National and Community Service needed input to its draft 2011-2015 Strategic Plan from a broad set of stakeholders. This plan will define their mission, goals, and the means by which they will measure progress for the next five years.

Understanding that this plan will affect their grantees, partners, participants, and the people and communities they serve, the Corporation wanted and needed the input from all of these stakeholder groups to make the plan as strong, smart, and useful as it can be. Given that these numerous stakeholder groups are spread across the country and have limited time to spend on this effort, the Corporation looked for ways to efficiently engage these groups in meaningful dialogue about key aspects of the plan.

This 1 hour lunch time webinar will allow you to learn about the strategy, technology and process CNCS used to facilitate this process.   There will be opportunity to engage with the presenters and other participants in learning about best practices and effective engagement strategies.
