ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Carson has over 10 years of research experience, and has a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She has many years of experiences with document analysis, interviewing, survey development and focus groups. She has helped numerous organizations conduct needs assessments, measure organizational effectiveness, and build capacity for evaluation and policy analysis.
Dr. Carson earned a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Delaware in 1999.
