HumanComm, LLC
team development | change communications | facilitation | training

Stacey Guenther began her own consultancy, HumanComm, in 2005. Her main focuses are team development and change communications, and she also does facilitation and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator training. Most of Stacey’s corporate experience was spent in teams, during which she developed a keen interest in teams’ inner workings and how individuals function within teams. Now, she helps small companies and teams to work through group dynamic issues to become more productive and effective.

Prior to HumanComm, Stacey spent 15 years in the public relations and communications arena doing PR, marketing, and special events for non-profits, government agencies, and worldwide brands including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Wegmans, Argosy, Eastman Kodak, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2004, Stacey completed her master’s degree in organization development and knowledge management. She marries her education with her communications background in the area of change communications.

Stacey is also a part-time, on-call team-building facilitator at an outdoor challenge course where she works with corporate groups and teams from government agencies and non-profit organizations. She incorporates her Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualification with team-building to help participants to build awareness on a different level of themselves and their teammates.

Approach

Stacey’s consulting approach centers around building awareness within teams, so the members may become conscious of how they conduct business and build relationships with each other. Once the team becomes aware of their challenges, Stacey helps to create a space for open communication and building trust through appreciation and acceptance of differences.
