How to Get Consulting Services Through CBODN Members

Our members, as Organization Development (OD) Practitioners, provide services to large and small businesses; federal, state, and local government organizations; nonprofit groups and associations. Members have the capacity to work with you individually or as part of a larger group in the event the type of work you are seeking needs considerable resources. CBODN members have the capacity to meet the needs of national and international organizations.

Regardless of your need, the OD Practitioner will use a process that has three basic levels of activity. Most use a model that starts with an assessment of what you, the client, see as the issue. They then move to developing ways that would provide you assistance with actions that best meet your needs. Finally, the OD Practitioner works to provide assistance to implement the changes you desire to have made.

The professional standards and expertise of our members are measured not only by their academic and experience backgrounds, but also by the fact they have invested in their professional development by being members of CBODN. The Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN) is part of the Organization Development Network (ODN), an international organization of professionals who come together as experts in the field of Organization Development.
