Baltimore-Washington SIG        

Description:
The Baltimore-Washington SIG aims to bring together OD professionals from the Baltimore-Washington region who are interested in sharing best practices for developing high performing teams. Monthly programs will include opportunities to experience team-building activities, and to discuss and share current interpersonal and group process topics and experiences.

Third Wednesday of each month from 6:00 – 8:00pm

Solutions-focused and positive, Pat Foye brings an emphasis on expanding strengths to her work with teams and leaders. Over two decades of designing learning and professional development programs and working with teams has made Pat passionate about helping to improve processes for teams and individuals. Her work incorporates creativity and is based on the tenets of positive psychology. Having led an organizational readiness initiative for a major corporation in the midst of change, Pat understands what it takes for leaders to prepare for planned change. Pat has a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science and Change Management from the Johns Hopkins University, where she also holds a certificate as a “Skilled Facilitator”. Other certifications include MBTI, Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0), Strong, and Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Feedback.

Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN) - is the premier DC Metro area network and community of practice of Organization Development (OD) practitioners. Founded in Chesapeake Bay, MD, our name still pays homage to our founders, and we are grateful for their brilliant minds and vital contributions to the field of OD.
