Zsofia is an Organization Development consultant currently working at Hassett Willis and Company, a small woman-owned management consulting firm focused on helping public and private sector organizations to increase their performance.

Her focus is on leadership development, coaching and team building and has a Masters in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from the George Mason University. She is a qualified MBTI practitioner.  

Zsofia has been serving on the CBODN Leadership Team as a Programs Co-Chair since January ’09 and she is volunteering as a facilitator for America Speaks and as a youth coach and mentor for Fairfax County Public Schools.
