Mr. Varun Malhotra is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). As a management consultant and a practice area leader, he focuses on setting up and delivering Project Management Offices (PMOs) and conducting Business Case Analysis for large Government programs.

Varun’s connection to OD comes through his management consulting practice, where he acts as the thinking partner to his clients on strategic transformation and change management initiatives. As a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Organization Development, Varun integrates his project management and OD skills to set up and manage his teams and initiatives. Recently, Varun led the development of a PMO for a $250 million investment at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and a $120 million investment at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As the co-Chair of the Conference Committee, Varun is committed to planning and delivering a high quality CBODN Conference to nurture and further develop the Washington Metro area OD community.
