Mr. Nimtz has worked with managers across the United States, Europe, Taiwan, Japan, and Latin America. He is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator STEP I and II (MBTI), Will Schutz’s Human Element (FIRO), Barry Oshry’s Organization [systems] Workshop, John Kotter’s ISB Leading Bold Change training, GSL® English and a variety of other organizational tools.
Learning and
Organization Development Consultant
After almost 20 years as an independent consultant, presenter and coach Phil has recently embark on a new adventure as an internal Learning and Organization Development Consultant with the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. He is excited to be bringing his years of experiential program design and Team and Leadership facilitation to his new colleagues/clients. Phil’s consistent focus is the intersection of the individual and their system. With particular emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills development, Phil brings a gift for diagnosing and communicating subtle organizational and individual dynamics.
