Mike May’s passion is guiding managers, executives and small-to-medium sized organizations toward achieving higher levels of performance. Mike has trained and coached hundreds of Business Development professionals and Management Teams with remarkable results. He accomplishes this by helping clients determine the gap between where they are today, compared to where they need to be and then agreeing on an appropriate course of action that is practical and results-oriented. Actions range from facilitation of top management strategic alignment initiatives to full-scale leadership development programs… and executive coaching for more personalized development. “Umbrella” areas of specialization include:

Mike has held positions as an internal consultant for Eastman Kodak Company and management a training and leadership development department for Pharmaceutical Research Associates, International. He has served as an independent consultant in the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area and Greater Virginia region for more than five years.

Mike earned his Masters in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He is qualified to administer the Human Element FIRO series, DiSC, Senior Team Alignment Process, BarOn EQi, Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Campbell Leadership Index 360, Vangent LH-STEP System for Evaluation of Leadership Potential and the MSCEIT Team Emotional Intelligence Assessment by MHS.
