Kathy Cook Ravenscroft has over 30 years of business experience in both operations and organizational development.  She has worked operations and client relations in the information publishing industry. In the last 15 years her focus as been on organizational development, performance management and leadership development for a global satellite firm and in the utility industry.  Currently she leads efforts on leadership programs for Pepco Holdings Inc.;  she is also an executive coach and Birkman consultant.  Kathy earned an M.A. in Human Resource Development and a certificate in Instructional Design from Marymount University in Arlington. She is also involved in volunteer work in the area of child advocacy.
