Kate Trygstad is a transplanted Minnesotan now firmly rooted in Arlington County, working in her third career, depending on how we count.  She  promotes learning and growth through guided experiences and conversations.  She uses her skills and her talent for listening to bring out possibilities, creative powers and courage, helping organizations use their present strengths to achieve their future purpose.   Kate founded Creative Facilitating in order to do this work full time.  She holds a Masters in Organizational Learning from George Mason University and has experience managing in the Federal sector and in private sector publicly traded companies.  Kate enjoys listening to jazz, reading mysteries, and spending time with her adult children.  She treasures the time she spends with colleagues.
