Jason Whitehead is founder and President of Tri Tuns, LLC, an organizational effectiveness consultancy specializing in driving and sustaining effective user adoption of IT systems.  He works at the intersection of technology, process, culture and people to help clients actually achieve measurable business benefits from their technology investments.  

What makes Jason unique is that he combines advanced technology implementation expertise with advanced knowledge of organization development and employee engagement techniques, which enables him to drive desired user behavior.  Further, while many consultants focus primarily on managing the initial “change”, our focus is on both helping clients through the initial change and on helping clients sustain desired user behavior over the long term.

Jason believes that the biggest challenge to IT success is not the technology; it is getting people to use it effectively.   He has over 13 years experience working on major international customer relationship management (CRM) projects for a variety of Fortune 500 and mid-size clients across North America and Europe.  He has worked as both a consultant to several global fortune 500 companies and an internal IT system manager for Texas Instruments, where he transformed a failed CRM implementation into a worldwide success that was designated an internal “best practice”.  He has executed a variety of project roles including change facilitator, system owner, project manager, solution architect, business analysis, system developer, tester, trainer, and end-user support representative.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University, a Masters of Science in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems (ADMIS) from the London School of Economics, and a Masters of Science in Organization Development & Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University.
