Heather O’Neill Jelks has consulted for over 16 years in the fields of organization development, conflict resolution, and executive coaching. She has worked with health care systems, government agencies, non-profit organizations and businesses to help leaders create workplace environments that inspire employees and generate positive outcomes for customers. Heather worked as an internal consultant at Adventist HealthCare for over 5 years where she designed and delivered management training programs, facilitated work teams and provided organization development support to leaders and their staffs. Heather also served as a mediator for the Department of Health and Human Services and the Indian Health Service. She holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MS in Organization Development from the American University/NTL program. Heather is a trained mediator and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She is also certified in MBTI, DeBono’s 6 Thinking Hats, and Bridges’ Managing Change & Transition.
