Diane Mazzoli is an organization development consultant with a natural enthusiasm for helping organizations and teams see new possibilities in change, and learn and grow in the process. Her work is focused on the achievement of higher levels of organizational performance, and is strengthened by her 25 years of creative client collaborations in multiple industries including healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications. Central to her work is a keen perception about people, their needs and motivations, combined with a discipline to deliver quality and results-driven programs.

Diane has partnered with client organizations helping to build teams focused on leadership development, and designing and implementing organizational change strategies and initiatives. Areas of specialization include leadership and team development, performance/quality management, strategic communications, customer service quality, business process analysis and (re)design, systems development life cycle improvement, process facilitation, and project management. She has traveled extensively and frequently worked on international assignment.

Diane has a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance, University of Delaware, Lerner College of Business & Economics, and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment instrument.
